HOW TO PROCEED WITH COMPLAINT

In order to proceed with the complaint please follow accordingly the below instruction:

1. RETURN / COMPLAINT APPLICATION FORM

Download and fulfill return / complaint application form and attach it to the package. The document should consist following information:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address / correspondence address
  • Phone number
  • Product number reason of the return / complaint
  • Date of purchase and date of noticing the defect of imperfection

 

2. SENDING BACK THE PRODUCT

By sending back the product please send Aximate on the below address attaching the copy of invoice or receipt.

 

3. SENDING THE PARCEL

Impacted product must be sent to following address:

4. RETURN OF NEW PRODUCT

According to the law you are entitled to resign from the product up to 14 days after purchase. In order to renounce the contract and exchange the defected product fill the complaint form and send the package with Aximate along with receipt / invoice for the below address:
